This was the first collection of William Parker's writing to be published by an entity other than Centering Music. And said publisher fully stepped up. Who Owns Music? is an exceptionally handsome and beautifully printed volume, with numerous photos & illustrations interspersed within the illuminated text. Highly recommended.
[ * Noting as the question arises in your mind: only one short piece herein, "On the Death of Gregory Barnes", was republished within the more voluminous offering Observations, itself now soon to be out of print. ]
